RESERVATION, PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Rates are per night in US Dollars based on single or double occupancy.
Charge for additional person in rooms is $12 USD (maximum occupancy of 4 people).
Extra charge is waived for children younger than 4 years old are complimentary.
Based on availability, the hotel will provide a confirmation e-mail within 48 hours upon request has been acknowledged and payment has been processed.
A valid credit card number is required to confirm a reservation.
The credit card will be charged in Mexican Pesos at the prevailing official bank exchange rate at the moment the credit card is charged.
All cancellations should be notified in writing.
For reservations arriving from December 22nd, 2009 to January 6th, 2009 the minimum length of stay is 5 nights.
No shows during Christmas season will be charged the total amount.
We automatically charge the first night of your stay. This amount will not be refundable in case of a cancellation. But can be used if you choose to reschedule within 6 months.
